ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS OF CEVA FREIGHT, LLC AND AFFILIATES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on December 26, 2024, CEVA Freight, LLC, on behalf
of itself and affiliates, including without limitation, CEVA International, Inc. and CEVA
Contract Logistics U.S., Inc. (formally known as CEVA Logistics U.S., Inc.) (collectively
“CEVA) filed its Request for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Expense Claims [Dkt.
No. 889] (the “Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
(the “Court”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Motion was served on
December 26, 2024, via the CM/ECF system. A copy of the Motion is also available on (i) the
Court’s website: www.deb.uscourts.gov and (ii) the website maintained by the Debtors’ claims
and noticing agent, Omni Agent Solutions, Inc.: https://omniagentsolutions.com/Vyaire.
