AS TIMELY FILED AND FOR ALLOWANCE AND IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF AN
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM

On February 17, 2025, Datasite LLC (“Datasite”) filed a Motion (the “Motion”) to Allow
Late Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A) and for Allowance and
Immediate Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (the “Administrative Expense Claim”)
in the above-captioned bankruptcy case. [Docket No. 988]
On February 17, 2025, Datasite filed an Amended Motion (the “Amended Motion”) to
Allow Late Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A) and for
Allowance and Immediate Payment of the Administrative Expense Claim [Docket No. 989]
amending the Motion.
Datasite’s Administrative Expense Claim has been satisfied. Datasite hereby gives notice
of withdrawal of the Amended Motion.
