ORDER

On January 10, 2025, the parties filed a Joint Status Report and Motion for Scheduling
Order. ECF 98. The Government requests that the Court set a full briefing schedule for the
parties’ motions for judgment on the administrative record (MJARs). Plaintiffs request a stay for
a one-month period or, in the alternative, at least three weeks to file an MJAR and any amended
complaint.
Before setting a briefing schedule as to further dispositive motions, however, the Court
intends to rule on the pending Motion to Dismiss (ECF 92). To do so, the Court will need a fully
updated copy of the Administrative Record (AR). Accordingly, the Government is ORDERED
to FILE the supplement to the AR by January 17, 2025.
          IT IS SO ORDERED.
