ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF CLAYTON CONTROLS REQUESTING
ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 503(B)(1)(A)
Upon consideration of the Motion of Clayton Controls Requesting Allowance and
Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 503(b)(1)(A) (the
“Motion”); and this Court having jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and
157 and the standing order of reference of the District Court; and this Court having found that
the notice given by Clayton Controls of the Motion was good and sufficient; and this Court
having reviewed the Motion and all responses thereto, if any, including all documents submitted
therewith; and this Court having determined that the legal and factual bases set forth in the
Motion establish just cause for the relief granted herein; and upon all of the proceedings had
before this Court; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The Motion is granted as set forth herein.

Clayton Controls is hereby granted an allowed administrative expense claim
pursuant to sections 503(b)(1)(A) and 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code in the amount of
$256,568.40.
3.
Debtors shall pay Clayton Control its allowed administrative expense within ____
days of the entry of this Order on the Court’s docket.
4.
The terms and conditions of this Order are immediately effective and enforceable
upon its entry.
5.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or
related to the implementation, interpretation, and enforcement of this Order.
