MONTHLY STAFFING AND COMPENSATION REPORT
OF AP SERVICES, LLC FOR THE PERIOD
FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2024 THROUGH NOVEMBER 14, 2024
AP Services, LLC (“APS”) hereby submits its monthly staffing and compensation report for
the period from November 1, 2024 through November 14, 2024 (the “Compensation Period”) in
accordance with the Order Authorizing Debtors to (I) Retain AP Services, LLC, (II) Designate Charles
Braley as Chief Restructuring Officer Effective as of the Petition Date, and (III) Granting Related
Relief [Docket No. 338].
During the Compensation Period, APS incurred professional fees in the amount of $799,240.50
and out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $7,457.00, for a total amount of $806,697.50, as reflected
in the attached exhibits. APS is currently holding the retainer in the amount of $465,697.01 (the
“Retainer”) and will hold as security for the post-confirmation work.
