The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no
answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Staffing and Compensation
Report of AP Services, LLC for the Period from September 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024
[Docket No. 718] (the “Application”) filed on November 11, 2024. Objections to the Application
were to be filed and served no later than November 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern
Time). The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these cases
and no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
In accordance with the Order Authorizing Debtors to (I) Retain AP Services, LLC,
(II) Designate Charles Braley as Chief Restructuring Officer Effective as of the Petition Date, and
(III) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 338], the Debtors are authorized to pay AP Services,
LLC 100% of the fees, or $1,799,886.25, and 100% of the expenses, or $39,971.38, requested in
