The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer,
objection, or other responsive pleading to the Fourth Monthly Fee Application of Cole Schotz P.C.,
Delaware Co-Counsel to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for Allowance of Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from September 1, 2024 through September 30,
2024 [Docket No. 717] (the “Application”) filed on November 11, 2024. Objections to the
Application were to be filed and served no later than December 2, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing
Eastern Time). The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these
cases and no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
In accordance with the Order (I) Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals and (II) Granting Related Relief
