Plaintiffs hereby withdraws its previously-filed motion to compel third party
TTEC Government Solutions, LLC (“TTEC”) to comply with a subpoena for the
production of documents, which motion to compel was docketed at Dkt. No. 220.
The motion to compel was submitted on February 14, 2024, because Plaintiffs had not
received any documents from TTEC in response to the subpoena at that time, and had
been unable to effectively meet and confer with TTEC. See Dkt. No. 220-1. TTEC
filed an opposition to the motion to compel, and thereafter, Plaintiffs’ counsel and
TTEC’s counsel met and conferred on numerous occasions, TTEC produced
documents pursuant to the subpoena, and TTEC’s counsel stated that TTEC will
search for additional responsive documents. TTEC’s counsel has also represented that
TTEC does not have any documents fitting several categories described in the
subpoena.
Based on the foregoing, Plaintiff withdraws its motion to compel, but reserves
the right to file a further motion to compel in the event TTEC’s productions appear
to be legally insufficient in light of the subpoena.

Dated: June 7, 2024
Respectfully submitted,
