TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 29, 2024 at 11:30 AM or as soon as 
possible that counsel may be heard, in Courtroom 14A, 14th Floor, of the United 
States District Court for the Southern District of California, located at 221 West 
Broadway, San Diego, California, before the Honorable Judge Larry A. Burns, 
defendant Bank of America, N.A., will, and hereby does, move to dissolve the 
Preliminary Injunction ordered in Yick v. Bank of America, N.A., Case No. 21-cv-
00376-VC, ECF No. 103 (N.D. Cal.) (“Preliminary Injunction”).
This Motion is based on this Notice of Motion, the accompanying 
Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support thereof, the declaration of Jennifer
