Complaint was filed on 12/01/2023, and an electronic summons was issued as to John Collins, LivePerson,
Inc., and Rob LoCascio on December 4, 2023.
Both actions concern the same or similar underlying facts and events during a similar period
of time. One is a securities class action and the other is a shareholder derivative action, but
both arise out of the same alleged false/misleading statements.
