JOINT RESPONSE TO COURT’S JULY 8, 2021 ORDER On July 8, 2021, the Court ordered the parties to meet and confer, and advise the Court whether they are available for a hearing on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 28, 2021, or at any time on Thursday, July 29, 2021. Having met and conferred, the parties advise the Court that they are available on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 28, 2021, subject to Eastern District-barred counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Meredith Loretta, being excused from appearance because she is unavailable at that time.
