In response to the Court's July 8, 2021 Order, the parties have advised that they are
available for a hearing on their motions for summary judgment on the afternoon of Wednesday,
July 28, 2021, provided that the Court grants leave pursuant Local Civil Rule 83.1(F) for counsel
for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Alan Schoenfeld to appear without the presence of counsel
admitted to practice in this court. As local counsel Meredith Loretta is unavailable on the
proposed hearing date and Mr. Schoenfeld has been admitted to practice in this court pro hac
vice, there is good cause for the relief requested, and it is hereby

ORDERED that the hearing on the parties' motions for summary judgment which is
currently set for Friday, July 23, 2021 be and is CONTINUED until Wednesday, July 28,2021
at 2:30PM; and it is further
ORDERED that counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Alan Schoenfeld may appear at
the July 28, 2021 hearing without the presence of local counsel.
The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to counsel of record.
