ORDER
Before the Court are motions to seal filed by plaintiff Blue Flame Medical LLC ("Blue
Flame") and third-party defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. ("JPMC"), each referencing what
appears to be the same exhibit, an audio recording of a March 25,2020 phone call identified by
the Bates number CBB00002797. [Dkt. No. 116] at 1; [Dkt. No. 126] at I; [Dkt. No. 132-30].
The only reason Blue Flame and JPMC have given to justify sealing this exhibit is that defendant
Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. ("Chain Bridge") designated it as "confidential" pursuant to the
Protective Order. [Dkt. No. 116] at 2; [Dkt. No. 126] at 2. This Court does not accept that
explanation as sufficient basis to keep an exhibit supporting a dispositive motion out of the
public record. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that no later than May 14,2021, Chain Bridge, as the original proponent of
the confidential designation, provide an explanation that justifies filing the exhibits under seal. If
Chain Bridge does not provide a satisfactory explanation, the motions to seal will be denied.
The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to counsel of record.
