AGREED ORDER RESCHEDULING HEARING ON THE FIRST AND FINAL
APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS,
OBJECTIONS OF AARON AMORE, TRUSTEE AND PANTHERA TRAINING,
LLC
Comes now Aaron C. Amore, Trustee, Mark Lindsay of Bernstein-Burkley PC
and Douglas Kahle, counsel for Panthera Training, LLC AND Gary O. Kinder, U.S.
Trustee with an Agreed Order resetting the hearing now scheduled for January 28,
2021 at 10am to consider the First and Final Fee Application of Bernstein-Burkley,
PC and the objections thereto filed by the Trustee and Panthera Training, LLC.
The parties have encountered some delays and scheduling issues which
necessitate rescheduling this hearing. The Trustee has requested documents from
Bernstein-Burkley and the parties have agreed to informally mediate the pending
The parties request this Court reschedule the matter for February 25, 2021 at 9:30
a.m.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the hearing now scheduled for January 28,
2021 at 10 a.m. to consider the First and Final Fee Application of Bernstein-
Burkley, PC is hereby continued to February 25, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.
