ORDER GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO ASSUME
OR REJECT LEASE OF PANTHERA TRAINING, LLC

On a prior day came Aaron C. Amore, Trustee and moved the Court to extend
the time to assume or reject the lease with Panthera Training, LLC for 60 days.
The Trustee asserts that he is in the process of an audit that should be concluded
within this time period which will direct if a breach of the lease has occurred and
whether or not the lease should be assumed or rejected.
Accordingly, it is;
ORDERED that the Motion to Extend Time is hereby GRANTED. The
Trustee shall have an additional Sixty (60) days or until November 27, 2020 to
assume or reject the lease of Panthera Training, LLC.
