The following information is submitted with regards to a Remote Witness on behalf of
Panthera Traning, LLC (“Training”) with regards to the Evidentiary Hearing Video Conference
for the subject matter scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.:
REMOTE WITNESS AND TESTIMONY INFORMATION
a.
The name and title of the Remote Witness:
RESPONSE: Robert L. Starer, CEO of Panthera Training, LLC.
b.
The matter on which the Remote Witness will provide testimony:
RESPONSE: Mr. Starer will testify regarding; (1) the authenticity of, and the
communications, facts and circumstances surrounding, the Exhibits previously emailed to
the Court and other parties (“the Exhibits”) , (2) communications with Mr. Punelli
concerning existing courses taught at the Hardy County facility, payments for courses
conducted by Training, and future business opportunities with the Debtor and Panthera
Training Center, LLC; (3) Training’s financial results of operations; and (4)
communications with Mr. Punelli and Mr. Jones related to the Exhibits.

The location of the Remote Witness:
RESPONSE: The Remote Witness will provide testimony from Hardy County,
West Virginia, USA.
d.
The place from which the Remote Witness will testify:
RESPONSE: Mr. Starer will testify from a conference room located adjacent to
his office.

Whether anyone will be in the room with the Remote Witness during the
testimony, and if so, who, and for what purpose:
RESPONSE: Douglas E. Kahle, Esq. will be in the room with Mr. Starer in order
the conduct his direct examination.

Whether the Remote Witness will have access to any documents other than
exhibits that have been emailed to the Court and the parties, and if so, what
documents.
RESPONSE: Mr. Starer will only have access to the Exhibits that have been e-
mailed to the Court and the parties.
