JOINDER IN DEBTOR’S OBJECTION
TO JOINT MOTION TO CONVERT CASE TO CHAPTER 7
(LIST PARTIES JOINING) (the “Joining Parties”), respectfully join with the Debtor in its
Objection (Doc. No. 147) (the “Objection”) to the Joint Motion to Convert Case to a Chapter 7
filed by Panthera Training, LLC and the West Virginia Economic Development Authority (Doc.
No. 132) (the “Motion to Convert”). The Joining Parties are substantial creditors in these
bankruptcy proceedings and believe that conversion of this Chapter 11 case to a Chapter 7 case is
not in the best interests of all creditors and parties in interest. The Joining Parties hereby request
the opportunity to be heard at the hearing scheduled on the Motion to Convert on July 17, 2020.
