AUTHORITY'S REMOTE WITNESS INFORMATION
West Virginia Economic Development Authority ("WVEDA") submits the following
information regarding remote witness testimony in accordance with the Court's June 19, 2020
Order Scheduling Evidentiary Hearing, scheduled for July 17, 2020, on the United States
Trustee's Motion to Dismiss and the Joint Motion by Panthera Training, LLC and West Virginia
Economic Development Authority to convert the Debtor's Chapter 11 case.

The name and title of the Remote Witness:
J. Steven Webb, Director of Financial Services
West Virginia Economic Development Authority
b.
The matter on which the Remote Witness will provide testimony:
Mr. Webb may be called to testify regarding the Debtor's insurance coverage.

The location of the Remote Witness:
Ripley, West Virginia.
d.
The place from which the Remote Witness will testify:
Home office.
e.
Whether anyone will be in the room with the Remote Witness during the
testimony, and if so, who, and for what purpose:
No one will be in the room with Mr. Webb during the testimony.

Whether the Remote Witness will have access to any documents other than
exhibits that have been emailed to the Court and the parties, and if so, what
documents:
Mr. Webb will have access only to the exhibits that have been emailed to the
Court and to the parties.
The WVEDA intends to call Mr. James Punelli as an adverse witness on direct regarding
the Debtor's insurance. His remote witness information was provided by the Debtor.
