DEBTOR’S NOTICE OF INTENT OF WITNESSES TO APPEAR VIA ZOOM FOR
THE JUNE 17, 2020 EVIDENTIARY HEARING
Panthera Enterprises, LLC (“Panthera” or “Debtor”), by and through its
undersigned counsel, files this Notice of Intent of Witnesses to Appear via Zoom for the
June 17, 2020 Evidentiary Hearing (the “Notice”) and in support thereof, state as follows:
1.
James Punelli, Member of Panthera Enterprises, LLC will provide testimony related
to the following information:
• Debtor’s financial transactions;
• Debtor’s Casualty Insurance Policy;
• Debtor’s efforts to develop a Chapter 11 Plan;
• The relationship with Panthera Training, LLC;
• The history of Debtor’s (and related entities) experience and business;
• Mr. Punelli’s experience and background.
Mr. Punelli is located in Leesburg, VA, USA and will testify from his home. Mr.
Punelli will be alone during the testimony. Mr. Punelli will not have access to any
documents other than exhibits that have been emailed to the Court and the parties.

Ray Jones, Member of Panthera Enterprises, LLC will provide testimony related to

the following:
• The relationship with Panthera Training, LLC;
• The history of Debtor’s (and related entities) experience and business;
• Mr. Jones’ experience and background.
Mr. Jones is located in Leesburg, VA, USA and will testify from his office. Mr.
Jones will be alone during the testimony. Mr. Jones will not have access to any
documents other than exhibits that have been emailed to the Court and the parties.
