STIPULATION AND AGREED ORDER REGARDING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
RESPOND TO DARRICK AND EMILY GUST’S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY
This Stipulation and Agreed Order is made as of June ____, 2020, by and among Panthera
Enterprises, LLC (the “Debtor or Respondent”) and Darrick and Emily Gust (the “Movants”),
(together, “the Parties”):
1.
On September 13, 2019, (“Petition Date”), the Debtor filed a voluntary petition for
relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code at case number 19-00787 (the “Bankruptcy Case”)
in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia (the “Court”).
2.
On May 28, 2020, the Movants filed their Motion for Relief from the Automatic
Stay to Pursue Insurance with Combined Request for Allowance of Administrative Expense Claim
(Doc. No. 152) (the “Motion”).
3.
The Court set the deadline to respond to the Motion for June 11, 2020.
4.
The Parties have agreed to extend the deadline for the Debtor to respond to the
Motion to June 18, 2020.
