TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR AUTHORIZATION
TO MAKE SECOND INTERIM DISTRIBUTION FOR TRUSTEE EXPENSES
Now comes the Trustee, Aaron C. Amore, and moves the Court for permission
to make a second Interim Distribution in the above referenced case. In support of
this Motion, the Trustee asserts the following:
The petition commencing this case was filed on September 13, 2019, with an
order converting the case to chapter 7 and appointing the undersigned as Trustee on
July 23, 2020. The amount of the Trustee’s bond is $2,000,000.00.
The Trustee certifies that the balance of the estate’s account at Pinnacle Bank
Account Number ######0069, is $10,987.73 as of October 31, 2024.
The Trustee is seeking authorization to make the following distributions:
Trustee expenses from July 23, 2020, to November 22, 2024 of $4,528.66. No
funds have been paid to the Trustee for compensation for his expenses to date. See
Exhibit A for a detailed description of expenses incurred by the Trustee.
The Trustee’s case report, filed with the Court on January 5, 2024 indicated
that the case will have minimal expenses moving forward including monthly bank
service charges and possibly fees associated with required tax return filings.
As also indicated in the Trustee’s report, the case is likely to remain open until
the property is sold by Panthera Training, LLC and the note held by the Trustee is
paid at closing. At this time the Trustee is unaware of any pending offers or sales.
WHEREFORE, the Trustee requests this Court authorize him to make a
second interim distribution for Trustee expenses incurred from July 23, 2020 to
November 22, 2024 in the amount of $4,528.66 and grant any further relief it deems
just and necessary.
