FINAL REPORT PURSUANT TO ORDER OF COURT ENTERED JULY 21, 2020 AND
FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 1019

Panthera Enterprises, LLC (the “Debtor”) by and through its undersigned counsel,
Bernstein-Burkley, P.C., and files its Final Report Pursuant to Order of Court Entered July 21,
2020, and Federal Bankruptcy Rule 1019, and states as follows:
1.
The Debtor commenced a case under Chapter 11 by filing a Petition for Relief on
September 13, 2019.
2.
On July 22, 2019, the Debtor’s case was converted from a case under chapter 11 of
title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq. (as amended, the “Bankruptcy Code”)
to a case under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.
3.
Pursuant to the Court’s Conversion Order and Bankruptcy Rule 1019, the Debtor
reports as follows:
a. The Debtor filed all of the Statements and Schedules required by Bankruptcy
Rules 1019 (1)(A) and 1007(b) in its Chapter 11 Case and thus has no such
statements or schedules to file in this Chapter 7 Case;
b. The Debtor incurred no unpaid debts after the commencement of the Chapter 11
Case but prior to the date of the Conversion Order, except and to the extent

alleged in Adversary Proceeding No. 19-ap-051.  There are no new creditors to
add and/or notify;
c. The Debtor has no additional creditors to set forth in this Chapter 7 Case.  While
the Debtor did incur additional post-petition debt with some existing creditors,
no new creditors arose and thus there are no new creditors to notify herein;
d. The debtor acquired no property between the commencement of the Chapter 11
Case and the subsequent conversion to Chapter 7 and assumed no executory
contracts or leases during said period;
e. No Statement of Intention if requires in that Debtor has no consumer debt and is
a corporate entity, not an individual;
f. The Debtor filed its monthly operating reports for all periods including a final
monthly operating report for the period of July 1, 2020 through July 21, 2020;
and,
g. An accounting in regard to all receipts and distributions made by the Debtor is
set forth in the Monthly Operating Reports filed by the Debtor herein.
