This matter having come before the Court upon the First & Final Fee Application of the Bernstein-
Burkley, P.C. for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (the “Final Fee Request”) as
Counsel for Panthera Enterprises, LLC, the chapter 11 Debtor, for the period from September 13, 2019
through September 30, 2020, notice for objection to this Final Fee Request having been given as required by
the Court, no objections thereto having been received, and this court being otherwise sufficiently advised, it
is hereby
ORDERED that the Final Fee Request be and hereby is APPROVED and that the Bernstein-Burkley,
P.C. is hereby granted an allowed administrative claim for and awarded its attorneys’ fees for the period

September 13, 2019 through September 30, 2020 in the amount of $260,551.00 and reasonable expenses in
the amount of $3,437.21 and it is further
ORDERED that the debtor is directed to pay the Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. the total amount of
$263,988.21.
