Yvette Hanner is president and chief executive of Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. (ATL), a government contractor at 4811 Technology Drive in Martinez, Georgia. Her company biography says she has more than 21 years of combined federal service, including as an Army Signal soldier and a Department of Defense budget analyst. In federal contract records ATL is listed as a small business that is women-owned, veteran-owned and service-disabled-veteran-owned, and as a participant in SBA's 8(a) business development program.
Pandemic-relief role
On December 15, 2022, SBA's Office of Performance Management and Chief Financial Officer awarded ATL delivery order 73351023F0009. Its stated purpose was the "Office of Capital Access (OCA) Unified Lending Platform (ULP)/Disaster Lending Platform Transition," at a firm fixed price.
