ANSWER Comes now Defendant, Ryan Bailey, individual, by and through counsel, G. Todd Houck, by was of Answer to the Complaint and states as follows: 1. Defendant agrees with the legal conclusions made in Paragraphs One through Twenty-Eight. 2. Defendant generally admits the allegations, contained in Paragraphs Twenty-Nine through Sixty, and has further accepted and acknowledged criminal culpability for same, as evinced in his plea of guilty in criminal case 5:24-CR-00106 document 77; however, Defendant would further state that the Parties, at this time, have been unable to reach a specific amount of restitution related to this action, and would therefore, deny any allegations contained in Paragraphs Twenty-Nine through Sixty, related to specific monetary amounts of restitution.
