One year and one day imprisonment followed by Three (3) years of supervised 
release with the following special conditions: a search condition, permit 
confiscation of contraband, financial disclosure, credit restrictions and pay 
restitution in the amount of $463,777.79 at a rate of no less than $250.00 per 
month. 
On September 30, 2024, the restitution payments were reduced to $100 per 
month.

FOLLOWS: 
1. Violation of Special Condition- Incurring New Credit Charges, or Opening Additional Lines of 
Credit Without the Approval of the Probation Officer: 
On March 23, 2026, the defendant's credit report was reviewed. This review revealed that the defendant 
has opened an additional 6 lines of credit since the last violation report was filed. 
PREVIOUS VIOLATIONS REPORTED TO THE COURT: 
On September 22, 2025, Your Honor was notified that the defendant had opened 10 lines of credit without 
prior authorization from the probation officer. The defendant received a verbal reprimand from the 
probation officer and the violations were held in abeyance. The defendant repo1ted he had opened to credit 
lines to attempt to build his credit.
