NOTICE OFSATISFACTION OF FORFEITURE MONEY JUDGMENT 
 
The United States gives notice of the partial satisfaction of the forfeiture money judgment 
entered against Defendant Ernest Bernard Gonder (the “Defendant”) in in the above-captioned 
case. In support the United States submits the following. 
On March 19, 2024, the Court entered a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, Dkt. No. 19, 
which imposed a $168,248.41 forfeiture money judgment against the Defendant. 
 
On June 3, 2026, the Court entered Final Order of Forfeiture, Dkt. No. 38, finally forfeiting 
the following to the United States: $168,248.41 in lieu of real property located at 1621 NW 2nd 
Ave., Pompano Beach, Florida 33060-5217. 
The United States hereby provides notice that the $168,248.41 has been applied in full 
satisfaction of the Defendant’s forfeiture money judgment.
