MOTION TO TRAVEL  
 
COMES NOW, the Defendant, ERNEST BERNARD GONDER JR., (“Mr. Gonder”) by and 
through undersigned counsel who respectfully requests permission for Mr. Gonder to travel. As 
grounds therefore undersigned would state as follows:  
1. Mr. Gonder seeks permission to travel from April 12, 2026 to April 19, 2026, for a family 
reunion cruise. This cruise was booked on February 16, 2024, and is non-refundable. The 
cruise will travel to Mexico. A booking copy is attached hereto as Exhibit A.  
2. Additionally, Mr. Gonder seeks permission to travel from July 18, 2026 to July 25, 2026, 
for his youngest daughter’s graduation cruise. This cruise was booked on November 16, 
2022. The cruise will travel to St. Thomas and San Juan, Puerto Rico. A booking copy is 
attached hereto as Exhibit B.  
3. Undersigned counsel has spoken to AUSA Marc Anton who does not object to this 
Motion as evidenced the email attached hereto.  
WHEREFORE undersigned counsel respectfully requests this instant motion be GRANTED.

I confirmed with FLP that he’s fully paid off his restitution and assessment, and we just entered into
an agreement to have the forfeiture paid within 120 days.
