ORDER

Before the Court is Defendant Gladys Harun’s motion to travel
to Kenya for two weeks, which was filed on Wednesday, June 17,
2026.! Defendant began her three-year term of supervised release
on January 21, 2026, and she is supervised by the United States
Probation Office in the Middle District of Georgia.

When Defendant asked her supervising probation officer about
her international travel plan, the request was denied on two
separate occasions because of Defendant’s non-compliance with her
terms of supervised release - namely, Defendant had failed to make
the required $400 restitution payments since her release. The
probation officer also reports that Defendant opened a line of
credit in March 2026 without requisite approval. Finally, and to

be clear, the Court will not permit international travel absent

+ Defendant hastily re-filed this motion with a handwritten note that indicated
she wished to travel to Kenya by June 22" or sooner.

extraordinary circumstances in the first year of supervised
release.

Upon the foregoing, the motions to travel (doc. no. 82 & 83)
are DENIED.
