UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. VISA INC., Defendant. Case No. 1:24-cv-07214-JGK-SLC MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ANTHONY P. FERRARA AS COUNSEL Defendant Visa Inc. (“Defendant”) respectfully moves this Court for an order permitting Anthony P. Ferrara to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendant and respectfully requests that he be removed from the CM/ECF noticing list and any other service list in this case. After April 3, 2026 Mr. Ferrara will no longer affiliated with the law firm Wilkinson Stekloff LLP. Defendant will continue to be represented by other counsel of record.
