Case No. 1:24-cv-07214-JGK-SLC DECLARATION OF ALYSHA BOHANON IN SUPPORT OF ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE I, KOSTA S. STOJILKOVIC, declare as follows: Pursuant to Rule 1.3(c) of the Local Rules of the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, I, Kosta S. Stojilkovic, am a partner at the law firm of Wilkinson Stekloff LLP. I submit this declaration in support of my motion for admission pro hac vice to appear as counsel for Defendant Visa Inc. in the above-captioned action. 1. I have never been convicted of a felony. 2.
