UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. VISA INC., Defendant. Case No. 1:24-cv-07214-JGK-SLC MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.4 of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, I, Aaron Teitelbaum, move the Court to withdraw as counsel of record for Plaintiff, United States of America, as my last day of employment with the Department of Justice is March 21, 2025. Craig Conrath, who previously entered an appearance on March 19, 2025, will represent the United States as lead counsel of record.
