The court has received the Probation Officer’s 
Presentence Investigation Report in the above-styled matter on 
April 19, 2023.  In paragraph 62 of the report, the following 
statement is noted. 
It should also be noted that the defendant failed 
to return financial investigation documents 
requested by the probation officer during the 
presentence investigation. 
 
That sentence is followed by a category labeled “Assets” 
whereunder the following is stated. 
The defendant did not report or submit the 
requested documentation pertaining to her assets; 
therefore, this information is unknown. 
 
 
 
 
The Probation Officer is directed to obtain from the 
defendant the information the defendant has thus far failed to 
provide as noted above and, revise the report accordingly on or 
before May 2, 2023, in advance of sentencing now scheduled for 
May 4, 2023.
