UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 2:22-00205 TIFFANY BOWLIN O R D E R Upon defendant’s Motion to Continue Plea Hearing, filed on January 10, 2023, by Rachel E. Zimarowski, Assistant Federal Public Defender, in which the defendant requests a continuance of the plea hearing inasmuch as her employer denied her request for leave for her previously scheduled plea hearing, and the defendant’s employer requires at least fourteen days of advance notice for approved leave, and the government having no objection as related in the motion; it is ORDERED that the plea hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on January 13, 2023, is continued to 1:30 p.m. on February 1, 2023. The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this order to the defendant, all counsel of record, the United States Probation Department, and the United States Marshal.
