On 9/15/2020
I was in full uniform
in a marked patrol vehicle working as 3W2. At 0106 hours I was dispatched
to a reported
assault in the
4700 block of 36 Av SW. The following
information
was provided. "INTOX'D FEMALE ON RP'S FRONT PORCHSAYING SOMEONE HURT HER.
PERRP FEMALE HASMADE CLAIMS LIKETHIS IN THE PASTWHEN INTOX'D. NO ONE ELSEAROUND. UNK IF INJ'D- RP DID. NO WPNS SEEN."

advised that Eric drives a silver colored sedan. Officer Oliverson 7686 searched the surrounding
area and saw a silver sedan, WA
lic#BMA5634.
The vehicle was driving in the area and parked 0 the street
in the 4700 block of 36 Av SW. Eric was located inside, he
stepped out of the vehicle and was taken into custody. I placed my handcuffs
on his wrists gauging them for fit and double locking them. I
read him his Miranda warnings which he acknowledged
verbally. A/Sgt Masterson screened the arrest at the scene.
