I hope you are doing well today.  Please see below for a message from Mr. Brainerd to Counsel:
 
Based upon the telephonic hearing of August 3, 2022, the following Orders are issued:
 
1. BenWorth’s request for the Deposition of a corporate representative of Womply [30(B)(6)] is denied
without prejudice and may be renewed upon completion of the individual, fact depositions.
2. Benworth’s request for a subpoena for the deposition for 3E Software Inc. is denied without
prejudice and may be renewed upon the completion of the individual, fact depositions. 
3. The hearing in this matter has tentatively been rescheduled to commence on March 20, 2023, and to
continue on consecutive business days through March 31, 2023. The Parties are to confer with their
clients to confirm these dates, or in the alternative, to suggest other dates within the time frame of
March 2023 through April 30, 2023.
