I did get a reply but we have tried to take it a level higher as I know how difficult it will be to cancel them all 
individually ... When I hear back I will be in touch 
This is the response so far ... 
I know of no way to bulk cancel loans in E-Tran as these are all individual loans in E-Tran and the lender would need to 
enter each individual loan number. 
They will need to go into E-Tran servicing and hit the cancel button at the top. 
PPP Processing Fees - The lender is able to retain the processing fees on these loans. 
If they wish to return the fee then they will need to return the fees to the SBA via Pay.gov 
They will also need to inform DFC so DFC can manually set up a receivable.

I sent an inquiry to Glenn Hannon but I do not think there is a way to do ta bulk cancellation.

We are in the process of cancelling disbursed loans and would like to know if you can help us set up a meeting with 
someone from SBA. 
We want to return the fees to SBA and want to be 100% transparent with our process. We are estimating to return 
$45MM in processing fees to SBA.
