Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26 and 33, Defendant Prestamos CDFI, LLC 
(“Prestamos”), by and through counsel, requests that each Plaintiff separately respond to the 
following Interrogatories within thirty (30) days of service, in accordance with the Definitions and 
Instructions set forth in Defendant Prestamos CDFI, LLC’s First Interrogatories to Plaintiffs, as 
well as the additional Definition below.

DEFINITIONS
1.
“Governmental Agency” means a subdivision of federal, state, county, municipal, 
or other government set up for a specific purpose, such as the management of resources, 
environmental protection, financial oversight, national security, and/or law enforcement.

Have You or anyone acting on Your behalf made or reported or discussed any 
allegations or claims of any alleged wrongdoing by Prestamos to any Governmental Agency  
from January 1, 2019, to the present?  Please describe the substance of all such Communications 
with Governmental Agencies, provide the dates of the Communications, and identify the 
Communications.

Have you engaged Bailey & Glasser LLP and/or Nolan Heller Kauffman LLP, or 
any other law firm or legal counsel, to represent you in any capacity in connection with any other
