Violation of additional condition number 7(m): Defendant shall not use 
or unlawfully possess a narcotic drug or other controlled substance 
defined in 21 U.S.C. § 802, unless prescribed by a licensed medical 
practitioner: 
 
 
On May 4, 2022, the defendant submitted a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana, oxycodone, and oxymorphone. On the same date, 
the defendant admitted to using marijuana on April 28, 2022, and 
consuming a Percocet tablet on May 3, 2022.   
 
               On May 12, 2022, the defendant submitted a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana.  
 
U.S. Probation Officer Action:   
 
On May 4, 2022, the defendant reported to the United States Probation Office for an office contact. 
This officer reviewed the conditions of pretrial release with the defendant. Mr. Breckenridge was 
administered a urine specimen test which yielded positive results for marijuana, oxycodone, and 
oxymorphone. The defendant admitted to smoking marijuana on April 28, 2022, and consuming 
Percocet on May 3, 2022. This officer verbally disapproved of the defendant’s illicit substance use 
and the defendant was enrolled on the random urinalysis testing hotline through the Court’s 
contracted treatment provider at the frequency of once per month.

On June 3, 2022, this officer questioned the defendant regarding his positive urine test on May 12, 
2022, and he denied additional use. This officer will continue to drug test the defendant for 
continued drug use. Should the defendant continue to provide positive urine specimen results, 
further treatment options will be considered by this officer. Any future violations will be reported
