PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS 
CORPUS AD PROSEQUENDUM 
 
 
Comes now Holly J. Wilson Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of 
West Virginia, and informs the Court that one LYDIA SPENCER is an unsentenced prisoner and 
is now incarcerated in the South Central Regional Jail, Charleston, West Virginia, and that the 
said LYDIA SPENCER is charged in an information charging her with a violation of Title 18, 
United States Code, Section 1349. The presence of LYDIA SPENCER is necessary for a plea 
hearing before the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, at 
Charleston, West Virginia, on April 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM. 
 
 
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays for an Order of this Court directing the United States 
Marshal for the Southern District of West Virginia, or any other authorized law enforcement officer, 
to produce the body of said LYDIA SPENCER  that LYDIA SPENCER  may appear before the 
United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia at Charleston, West Virginia,
