authorized law enforcement officer, to the end that LYDIA SPENCER’s body will be before 
the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia at Charleston, 
West Virginia, on June 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. or at such other time or times as the District

Virginia, and remove therefrom the body of LYDIA SPENCER  and produce her under safe 
and secure conduct before the United States District Court for the Southern District of 
West Virginia at Charleston, West Virginia, on June 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., or at such other 
time or times as the District Court may direct; and upon completion of LYDIA SPENCER’s
