Dear Judge Block: 
 
With the consent of the defendant and subject to the Court’s availability, the 
government respectfully requests that the Court adjourn the trial in the above-referenced matter 
from May 2024 to a date convenient to the Court in June 2024.  The parties submit that the 
requested adjournment is appropriate because the government continues to produce discovery on 
a rolling basis and the additional time would allow defense counsel to review the voluminous 
amount of discovery and prepare for trial.  As such, the parties further submit that the time 
between May 2024 and the new trial date is excludable pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, 
Section 3161(h)(7)(A) because such exclusion furthers the “ends of justice.”
