UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. 1:24-cr-00360-KMW-1 SIEFF ROBERT SARGEANT ORDER FOR RETURN OF PASSPORT This matter having been opened to the Court upon letter motion of Gilbert J. Scutti, Esquire, counsel for Defendant Sieff Robert Sargeant, and it appearing to the Court that by Amended Order of the Immigration Judge dated September 10, 2025 it was ordered that Defendant Sargeant be removed to the United Kingdom, and it appearing further that the removal cannot occur until Defendant Sargeant regains possession of his passport, it is hereby Ordered that U.S. Pretrial Services for the Eastern District of New York shall deliver Defendant Sargeant’s passport forthwith to his wife Danielle Sargeant so that she may deliver it the Office of Immigration & Customs Enforcement or other appropriate federal agency.
