Sieff Robert Sargeant, Crim. No. 24-360 (KMW) Dear Judge Williams: As Your Honor may recall, I represented Sieff Sargeant in the above-captioned case. An amended order has recently been entered for his removal to England. (A copy of the amended order is attached.) Mrs. Sargeant advises me that the removal cannot take place until Mr. Sargeant’s passport is returned by Pretrial Services. Accordingly, I have prepared the attached proposed order for Your Honor’s consideration. A word copy of the proposed Order will be emailed to Chambers.
