Petitioner, an inmate at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia, 
filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct her sentence.  After 
prompting from the Clerk of Court, Petitioner has signed the motion and supporting 
declaration.1  (See doc. nos. 59, 64, 65.)  The Clerk of Court SHALL SERVE the United 
States Attorney with this Order and a copy of the § 2255 motion and supporting declaration.  
The Court DIRECTS Respondent to file an answer or response within sixty days of 
the date of this Order, and Petitioner shall furnish the United States Attorney in Augusta, 
Georgia, with copies of all future motions or papers filed in this case.  No discovery shall be 
had by either party without leave of Court.    
 
SO ORDERED this 3rd day of March, 2025, at Augusta, Georgia. 
 
 
1The Court DIRECTS the CLERK to make Petitioner’s signature pages, (doc. nos. 64, 
65), attachments to the respective, original documents at docket entries 57 and 58 so that it is clear 
Petitioner signed the documents to be served on Respondent.
