1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON IN RE: GARY LOMAX CASE NO: 2:24-mj-00082 SEALED ORDER The Court finds that Mr. Lomax qualifies for court-appointed counsel, based upon the financial affidavit submitted. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Gerald M. Titus, III, shall represent Mr. Lomax in this matter.
