UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS EASTERN DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. Francesco Distefano No. 24 CR 424 District Judge JEREMY C. DANIEL ORDER Revocation hearing held. Defendant Francesco Distefano (1) appears in response to warrant issued on 7/22/2025. Mr. Distefano denies allegations within the ex parte motion to revoke pretrial release order [83]. Evidentiary held. The Court finds Defendant in violation of conditions of release. Motion to revoke pretrial release [83] is granted for the reasons stated on the record.
