Dear Special Agent Gill: 
As you know, I am the attorney representing Francesco DiStefano, defendant in the above 
captioned criminal matter pendingintheNorthem District of Illinois. Please be advised that 
Francesco Distefano no longer wishes to pursue the FOIA request made in2021 with regard to 
documents generat~ in the investigation that eventually led to the above indictment Mr. 
DiStefano is WITIIDRA WING his previously filed FOIA request.

through his counsel, Robert A. Fisher, states and acknowledges as follows:

Defendant has sought the return of certain personal property that has been in 
the custody of the Federal Bureau o{Investigation (FBI) since defendant's arrest on a warrant 
issued in connection with 24-CR-424-1, to wit:

Defendant, through counsel, hereby represents that it is his desire to withdraw 
eFOIA #1494576.

Defendant irrevocably releases the Federal Bureau of Investigation from any 
rights or claims defendant may have or hold as the filer of eFOIA # 1494576 relating to the 
release of the personal property set forth in paragraph 1 to defendant's counsel.

you to receive the property return to Mr. DiStefano.
