1 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. MAURICE FAYNE, Defendant. : : : : : : : CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:20-MJ-00370-JSA ORDER The Court is in receipt of the Motion to Withdraw, [doc. 14], filed by Defendant’s counsel, Ms. Miller, which the Motion also indicates that the Defendant has insufficient resources to pay for counsel in this case. The Court will hear this Motion on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. The Defendant must participate in the hearing. However, any counsel or party, including the Defendant, wishing to participate by teleconference is permitted to do so. The Court’s deputy clerk will distribute a call-in number for such purposes. The Court has also transmitted to Ms. Miller, by e-mail, a blank financial affidavit for Defendant to execute in connection with any application for Court- appointed counsel in this case.
