Dear AUSA Jimenez: 
With respect to the billing summary, we enclose a new version. The only adjustment is 
placing a name where one was missing before.  The billing summary had entries for an “SAS” 
but without identifying the individual involved. The missing name is Sandra Schwartz (“SAS”), 
an administrative assistant for Mr. Cupersmith.    
Separately, we provided redacted billing entries for the legal fees and expenses incurred 
by Mr. Cupersmith and our firm. With respect to the billing entries, we provide the following 
additional information.  Almost all of the time was incurred either by the undersigned or by 
Stephen Fierro.  Mr. Fierro is a senior paralegal in the firm.  Some nominal time was put in by 
Matthew Lee, a partner in the firm and an even smaller amount of time was put in by Jonathan 
Wasser, a tax associate in the firm.   
I provide the following summary of the time incurred by month as follows: 
September – Total Hours 17.2 for a total invoice of $11,832.50 -conferences with the 
clients (Mr. Cupersmith and Mr Alex Zaslow), document review for subpoena response, and 
conferences with government team.

October – Total Hours 66.1 for a total invoice of $39,919.00 - conferences with clients, 
document review for possible subpoena response, conference with government team. The time 
for this month included eight hours of witness preparation with the government team with a 
billing amount of $4,254.1 
November – Total Hours 2.5 for a total invoice of $1,556.00-conferences with client, 
document review.  
December –Total Hours 30.3 for a total invoice of $19,767.00-review selected docket 
entries, conferences with clients, document review for subpoena response, conferences with 
government. The time for this month included 5.9 hours of witness preparation with the 
government team with a billing amount of $4,597. 
January -Total Hours 38.1 for a total invoice of $25,786.50 -review selected docket 
entries, selected research issues, conferences with clients, document review for subpoena 
response, conference with government team. The time for this month included 7.7 hours of court 
attendance with a billing amount of $7,315. 
February – Total Hours 49.4 minus 6.1 hours or 43.3 for an invoice of $25,630.50 -
review selected docket entries, document review, document production, selected research issues, 
conferences with clients, conference with government team. The time for this month included 11 
hours of court attendance with a billing amount of $3,795.2

1 Several entries for this month reflected “no charge” and the total monthly hours were reduced 
to reflect only the time charged.  
2 This invoice was the only one to reflect travel time and reflected 6.1 hours of travel time to and 
from Philadelphia for Mr. Fierro for which reimbursement is not sought and not included in the 
invoice total.
